Fosite was developed in accordance with the guidelines of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Fosite manages your files, which are accepted as evidence by courts in the UK and the EU.
A traditional international file-sharing service only transfers data from point A to point B. Fosite doesn't just send files - it legally protects them: every transfer automatically includes a timestamp, a unique identifier, and a digital legal declaration proving who shared the content, when, and under what terms. This makes Fosite not just a file-sharing tool, but a verifiable intellectual property and legal protection system in a single step.
It is important to note that the "timestamp" and "unique identifier" provided by Fosite help to prove the date of creation of the work under this law.
You can safely send your ideas and plans to others without fear of someone stealing, implementing, or possibly using them illegally.
